It’s sad when a mother rejects a child based on its looks. For animals, it’s simply a part of nature, as animals tend to not care for offspring that they believe have some kind of condition or disease.
That’s when Dragon fell into the care of the Powell family, who runs Deer Tracks Junction in Cedar Springs, Michigan. Dragon is a deer fawn who was born with a white face, blue eyes, and a bright pink nose. Despite the adorable and unique appearance, these coloring would make it easy for any predator to find Dragon in the underbrush, hence why he was rejected by his mother.
