This video features a rescued mother dog who is reunited with her puppies. The sight of a mother and her new babies is undoubtedly a sweet and precious one, however, when the pup starts to cry things get a little more concerning. Many have been quick to note that the dog is literally brought to tears with happiness, but perhaps there is a little more to the story.
Now, the general consensus amongst the dog-owning community is that when fluids are discharged from a dog’s eyes, there is something wrong. Epiphora is the usual diagnosis. Regardless, it was a touching moment with quite a coincidental case of epiphora.
It’s still nice to see the dog family reunited once again. Just be sure to get that momma to the vet so her eyes can get better!
