The Animal Aid found this collapsed puppy on the street, and they were heartbroken to see her condition. The puppy was extremely malnourished, and you could count the number of ribs she had. She was breathing heavy, and her eyes were closed. She was so weak and fragile and so hungry that she could not even walk.
