Tagg is a 10-month-old stray at the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter. He spends most of his day standing on his hind feet with his paw resting on the steel bars of the cage he lives in. He just watches everyone pass him by because the shelter does not have volunteers to help attend to all the dogs because of overcrowding.
One of the shelter volunteers shared Tagg’s picture and story on Facebook hoping someone would read it and come help him out. The poor puppy waits all day at the door and he is the first thing people see when they arrive at the shelter.
