This adorable cockatoo is telling his mommy something, but we’re not quite sure what it is!
A possibility is that maybe this cockatoo was trying to sleep and the dog just kept barking. As soon as mommy comes home, he starts ranting, and goes on endlessly, until mommy does this! What an adorable bird!
