Getting a dog to go into its kennel can be a little difficult since they can feel like you’re punishing them. While some dogs see their crates as their safe place, and don’t mind going in them when they need, other dogs put up a big stink about being sent into their kennels, and this German Shepherd is no exception.
When his owner asks him the first time to go, he fakes a hurt paw and then starts begging, hoping that his cute antics will be enough to let him stay on the couch a bit longer. But his owner isn’t fooled, and asks him to go again. That when it turns into an absurd game of hide and seek, and the dog tries to hide by burying his face under the cushions. That doesn’t seem to work either, so when he goes back to the begging game, he thinks he’s won.
