Recently a ten-year-old dog who was skin and bones was brought into a shelter. The poor dog’s muscles were atrophied, and his ribs and hips were sticking out. There was a medical reason for his emaciation, and the shelter staff was trying desperately to discover what to do to get him proper treatment. It will take some time before he is fully recovered, but at least he will learn what it is to be loved by a human being
The staff is looking forward to his recovery from all this and to finding his forever home soon.
