When the girlfriend of a Reddit user thought she saw a black plastic bag moving, she stopped to investigate. It wasn’t a bag at all, it was an abandoned, homeless dog that was barely even recognizable. His story and transformation will shock you.
The “plastic bag” was unrecognizable as a do until they looked closer.
The poor girl was scared, starving, and dehydrated.
They immediately brought her to the local shelter for shots and a microchip scan.
They couldn’t even tell if it was a boy or girl at this point… the matted hair had overtaken her body.
But the sweet dog kept on smiling! 🙂
She was microchipped, however, there was no phone number or address associated with her.
Wait for it… here she is after being properly groomed and fed.
The vet thinks this beautiful dog is about 6 years old.
