Lana is a rescue puppy that knows a thing or two about being abandoned. However, that did not stop her from being one of the sweetest dogs on the planet.
Lana was rescued when she was about 8-months-old from the streets of Brazil. She remembers her life as a stray, and her caring side came out one chilly night when she spotted this little guy along the road.
Lana’s owner bought her a thicker blanket to keep her warm and cozy since the nights were becoming chilly. Every evening, she would tuck Lana into bed in her doghouse.
However, when she walked out the next morning, she was met with a pretty spectacular surprise.
That night, Lana had seen a stray dog coming near the house and instead of just barking at him till he went away, Lana dragged out her new blanket, and shared it with the stray!
“I thought, ‘How beautiful what she did for her friend’. My best four-legged friend reminded me of something so important: generosity!” Said owner, Suelen Schaumloeffel.
Since that time, Suelen started leaving food and water for the stray because, unfortunately, he runs away every time she tries to get close. For now, she is making sure he is okay and being taken care of.
