Vincent, the cat, was left at an animal shelter in Iowa, because of malformed back legs. Vincent was missing both of his legs below the knee, and even though he could hobble around as a kitten, rescue workers knew he would have problems later in life.
Prosthetics are not just for humans anymore. A new generation of veterinarians have figured out a new way to embed implants and give animals a new chance at life.
