During his breaks as a mining engineer in the northeastern Chukotka region of the Arctic Circle, Ivan Kislov grabs his camera and takes stunning photos of wildlife in the region. His portfolio of work is filled with gorgeous photos of Arctic foxes frolicking in the snow. Their expressive little faces make it almost seem as if they know the camera is focused on them and they sure look more than eager to pose.
Despite having a vast online gallery of beautiful images, Kislov modestly says, “Photography is simply my hobby and relaxation from routine. I like taking hikes to inaccessible places, rafting, and even walking tours very much and if I bring good pictures back it’s particularly fortunate.”
