Born with two faces, Frank and Louie were the oldest living cat on record, living up to a ripe old age of fifteen. Saying goodbye can be a hard thing to do, and it’s especially more painful when it’s to someone that has made such an impact on the world.
Animals born with such conjoined conditions rarely live for very long, due to health difficulties, but Frank and Louie definitely set the bar pretty high. Cats with this condition are called Janus cats, named after a Roman god with two faces. But there’s nothing two-faced about this cat, as they were quite loving to his owners.
