Eric was an overweight man with type-2 diabetes, who was told he would die at an early age. He refused to give up and felt he still had so much left to do with his life. That is when he adopted Peety and an overweight senior dog who had been left in a backyard all of his life.
The two began going on runs and walks together, shedding the unnecessary pounds.
They extended their lives by years through managing their weight in fun ways that don’t feel like exercise.
