When fully grown, these jellyfish has a diameter larger than the height of the average adult man. Surprisingly, they’re not the largest jellyfish in the world; that honor goes to the lion’s mane jellyfish.

Hercules the liger is nearly eleven feet long and measures four feet tall at the shoulder. He’s the offspring of a male lion and a tigress and lives in South Carolina at a wildlife preserve.
