University of Edinburgh and the Bronx Zoo recently conducted a study that resulted in scientists now understanding more about our little feline “friends” than ever before. By comparing domestic cats behavior to that of their wild cousins, scientists have found something so unsettling that will have you sleeping with one eye open.  Your beloved house cat might be a cute, ball-chasing bundle of fur… but she might also be plotting your demise.

Researchers compared the characteristics of house cats and their wild cousins, and the results were amazing.

The“Big Five” personality traits are; to draw a collation , openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion or introversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism.

If your cat was bigger, it might just consider making you it’s dinner. What they found was that domestic cats and lions strongly share traits relating to dominance, impulsiveness, and neuroticism.

The main deterrent toward your cat eating you is your superior size. To say the least, your cat may be a lunatic, but he’s not stupid.

Researchers stressed that cats can be playful and joyful, but people should also know that they’re inviting a predator into their home. They don’t have murder and mayhem on their mind as it turns out.  They are very loving!
