The American Humane Society organized a raid to rescue hundreds of dogs from dog fighting rings in July 2016. One of the most horrific stories is that of a pit bull named Stallone.
Stallone is just one of many dogs who are set to die slow and painful deaths when they’re pitted against one another in the arena.
Stallone’s journey is a heartbreaking reminder that these dogs are not born aggressive. These “fighters” are just normal dogs who deserve the same love and care as every other animal.
People who fight dogs are horrible people. Subjecting animals to this kind of brutality is disgusting, yet this type of behavior sadly seems to be growing.
The outcome for dogs like Stallone is unfortunately slow and painful deaths. Please do not to forget his story and to try and prevent more like it!
