Apricot Lane Farms is a certified Organic and Biodynamic farm with two locations, one north of Los Angeles and the other is east of Ventura, California. When Poodle Roo the rooster wouldn’t return to the coop at night, his owners became concerned. Each night, all the birds have to be moved inside the coop to avoid predators.
Repeatedly, Poodle Roo chose to stay in the pasture. Eventually; they found out why Poodle Roo preferred the pasture at night. Check out his story and see why this lonely, rejected rooster didn’t come into the coop!
